1. Agreement

By using Deepline AI services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. "Service" refers to our AI receptionist platform, including phone answering, booking, and messaging features.

2. Service Description

Deepline AI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service for cleaning businesses. The service answers inbound calls, provides information, books appointments, and sends follow-up messages on your behalf. Service availability is subject to telephony provider uptime.

3. Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. A one-time setup fee is charged at the start of service. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information for AI configuration, including your services, hours, pricing, and call-routing rules. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding phone communications, including call-recording consent, messaging consent, and any local or industry-specific regulations. You must not use the service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Deepline AI does not guarantee specific business results, including booked appointments, conversion rates, or revenue. Actual performance depends on factors outside our control, such as call volume, call-routing configuration, client responsiveness, business hours, and the accuracy of information provided during setup.

6. Limitations

The AI receptionist handles common inquiries and bookings. It is not a substitute for emergency services or licensed professional advice. We do not guarantee that all calls will result in bookings or that the AI will handle every scenario perfectly.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, your phone forwarding will be deactivated and data retained for 30 days.

8. Liability

Deepline AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, missed calls due to service outages, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
